Conferences and events
HUS 57 houses seven different meeting and event rooms, with the largest accommodating 260 guests in theatre style complex. Other event spaces are available in different sizes accommodating from 10 to 100 guests. A total of 700 square meters can be used for any type of meeting or event.
Our largest event space on the ground floor is a flexible area of more than 300 square meters, suitable for large scale meetings, conferences, trade fairs, product launches, musical and cultural events, banquets, weddings and parties. This brand new space, right in the heart of the city, is an arena where only your imagination sets the limit.
An additional 300 square meters of space is available at the underground level and sets the stage for different functions according to different needs. This area can accommodate 180 guests for conferences, meetings, events, or a lounging area where conference guests can set up and enjoy table tennis, yoga, quiz games, or other various types of entertainment. Alternatively, the space can be set up as a private dining area or a place to just mingle. This area could also be used for a so called Black Box.
Smaller. Accommodates 2-12 guests. Number of function rooms: 3. Located on underground level. No windows/daylight. Best suited for less public, private meetings. TV screen, wi-fi and whiteboard.
Medium. Accommodates up to 18 guests in boardroom setting. Number of function rooms: 1. Located on the ground floor. TV screem, wi-fi, and whiteboard. Teleconferencing functions available.
Larger. Accommodates up to 36 guests in class room setting. Number of function rooms: 1. Located on the ground floor. TV screen, wi-fi and whiteboard. PA system for presentations and music.
Culture Arena XL. Accommodates up to 260 guests with theater style seating. Number of function rooms: 1 (can be divided into two rooms). Located on the ground floor. XL is equipped with a stage, stage lighting, advanced audio system for presentations and music. Projectors and displays in 2 directions. Area can be divided into 2 sections by a folding wall.
Flexible venue for meetings, fairs, parties, mingling, banquet, concerts, exhibitions and much more.
Down Below. Accommodates up to 180 guests. Number of function rooms: 1. Located on underground level. No windows/daylight. Flexible place for meetings, conferences, product launches, fairs, mingling, parties, banquets and much more. A/V equipment. Available for larger parties/groups that may require privacy with own access to lounge area, group room, dining and access to gym and SPA.
